At Bulawa Invites, every product is thoughtfully designed and customized specifically for each customer. As our wedding stationery is made to order, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

• Returns & Refunds: Since all our products are personalized and printed exclusively for you, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once the order has been printed, shipped, or delivered, unless the product is received damaged or an incorrect item has been sent.
  
• Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, provided that work on the order has not commenced. A processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment. Cancellation requests received after production or design work has begun cannot be accommodated.
  
• Design Changes & Product Modifications: If you wish to change the product, size, or design, you may do so before the design process begins. Once customization or artwork preparation has started, changes or product replacements may not be possible, as the work is created exclusively for your order.
  
• Design Approval: Production starts only after the advance payment has been received and the final design proof has been approved by the customer. The final artwork will be shared on your registered WhatsApp number for review and confirmation before printing. Printing will begin only after we receive your approval. Please ensure all names, dates, spellings, addresses, and other details are checked carefully. Once the design is approved, we will proceed with printing, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors that were present in the approved proof.
  
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order is delivered in a damaged condition or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photographs and an unboxing video. After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
